EQCHEN 48 Inch 2 Door Commercial Refrigerator

48-Inch Double Door Reach-In Commercial Refrigerator (36 Cu. Ft.)

The EQCHEN EQ-48R is a versatile double door reach-in refrigerator designed for professional kitchens that need reliable cold storage. With 36 cubic feet of capacity and a heavy-duty 1/3 HP compressor, it keeps ingredients between 33°F and 41°F even in hot kitchen environments. This unit is built to industrial standards but is also garage ready, making it a popular choice for large families or businesses needing bulk beverage and produce storage.

Industrial Cooling & Components

• 100% Copper Evaporator: Unlike standard aluminum coils, EQCHEN uses pure copper evaporators. Copper offers superior thermal conductivity for faster temperature recovery after door openings and provides maximum resistance to corrosion, ensuring a leak-free lifespan of 10+ years.
• Efficient 1/3 HP Compressor: The bottom-mounted cooling system uses eco-friendly R290 refrigerant. It is engineered to perform reliably in ambient temperatures up to 100°F, ensuring your inventory stays fresh.
• Smart Airflow Design: Features a digital controller with an automatic defrost system. The fan-forced cooling ensures cold air circulates evenly to all corners of the cabinet, preventing warm spots.

Heavy-Duty Design & Storage

• Full Stainless Steel Build: Constructed with food-grade stainless steel interior and exterior with an anti-fingerprint finish. It withstands the daily abuse of a commercial environment and is easy to sanitize.
• Optimized Access: Two solid doors feature self-closing hinges (<90°) and a stay-open feature (>90°) for easy loading of bulk crates. Includes 6 adjustable wire shelves, each capable of holding 90 lbs.
• Mobile Design: The unit comes with 4-inch heavy-duty casters (pre-installed), making it easy to roll this 373 lb unit for floor maintenance.
